What To Expect
This is a Yoga Nidra style of meditation, also known as 'yogic sleep'. A meditation that uses guided mental imagery alongside mindfulness practices to promote a profound state of relaxation. The practice induces a consciousness between the states of wakefulness and sleeping, and has been designed as a meditation that can either be practised in moments where short rest is required, or as a bedtime meditation with the goal of slipping into a restful nights sleep.
This audio recording is just shy of 17 minutes, and you may choose to stay connected throughout the entire journey - or allow yourself to slip off to sleep at any point throughout.
